• Hidden Automatic Pool Cover: The swimming pool is equipped with an innovative automatic cover that retracts through a sleek, minimalistic letterbox-style opening. This design choice not only preserves the pool’s aesthetic integrity but also ensures safety and maintains water temperature.

• Pool Finish: The interior of the pool is adorned with Alexander glass mosaic tiles, providing a stunning, reflective surface that shifts with the water’s movement and changes in light, creating a dynamic visual experience.

• Bespoke Water Features: Adding to the allure and sensory pleasure of the pool are custom-made water features. These include a rain curtain that delicately pours water into the pool, creating a serene ambiance, and a striking cobra neck deck-mounted feature that adds a sculptural element to the poolside.

• Ceiling and Lighting Design: The pool area features a contrasting stretched ceiling with intricate lighting. The lighting design mirrors the profile of the pool, enhancing its geometric features and contributing to the overall mood with a warm, inviting glow.

• 3D Limestone Feature Wall: One wall of the pool area showcases a 3D limestone feature, introducing a natural texture that contrasts beautifully with the smooth glass mosaics of the pool.

• Stepped Black Onyx Feature Wall: Opposite the limestone, a stepped black Onyx feature wall adds a dark, glossy aesthetic, creating a dramatic backdrop that accentuates the water’s clarity and the vividness of the mosaic tiles.

• Overflowing Spa: The project includes a luxurious overflowing spa with the capability to isolate when used as a hot spa. This feature provides a seamless transition from tranquil swimming to soothing spa experience, offering the best of both worlds.
