With many pools built in the UK to date, we believe the most cost effective method to construct any tiled pool project is a free form shutter system. The benefits being:

  • All of our concrete pool shells carry a lifetime warranty 
  • Part (L) Comliant 0.25W/m2 K
  • Concrete shells are built to BS 8007 for water retaining structures
  • Specified by Architects and Structural Engineers
  • The design enables any shape or size of pool to be built
  • Cost effective when compared with alternative methods of construction
  • Designed to be free standing
  • Concrete is vibrated in the cavity (without prop support) to eradicate air entrapment
  • Structural Engineers can design to the appropriate British Standard and will satisfy Building Inspectors
  • Monolithic Structure - The option of using a Footing Block allows the floor and walls to be concreted in one operation providing a foundation which can be used to support a suspended floor system
  • Level Deck easily constructed for domestic and commercial installations
  • Will support slab or single storey building on pool wall
